![]() ![]() Mark Dickman studied the pianoforte with David Owen-Norris and Helen Cawthorne at the University of Southampton, where he specialised in chamber music, forming the John Francis Flute Trio in 1999 with Rosie Reed (flute) and Jane Bevan (cello). Mark currently works with a number of choirs as rehearsal accompanist / concert pianist, most recently with The Midlands Symphony Chorus / City Concert Organisation (conductor: Adrian Jackson). Mark has a good sight-reading ability, and is able to transpose or 'busk' an accompaniment - a frequent request from solo-singers when they forget their music for rehearsals!
