MD MUSIC PREPARATION is a dedicated arranging and scoring service, managed and directed by Mark Dickman.

It specialises in producing professional, publishable-quality musical scores for music theatre, orchestras, bands, choirs and publishing companies throughout the UK and overseas.

Using industry-standard notation software, Sibelius™ v.4.1, in conjunction with operating system Mac OS X 10.4.10, MD MUSIC PREPARATION is fully equipped at handling large-scale output, with a proven track-record of reliability across the music industry.

The ever-expanding library of many musical-notation fonts (e.g. Opus™, Helsinki™, Jazz™, Maestro™, Petrucci™, Engraver™) with additional graphics means that custom house-styles can be easily created and manipulated to fit the needs of a particular client.

With a large resource-base, MD MUSIC PREPARATION always has many skilled engravers to hand, so that specialists are assigned on a project-by-project basis, according to skills and expertise. The resoucres therefore provide efficient project management, extra backup and support as required.

Mobile Studio

For work on location, MD MUSIC PREPARATION uses a Mac Powerbook G4 / 23" widescreen display, which is a fully portable system with quick setup times.
